Phoenix: Uh... Hi everyone?

Jenni: Hey everyone! This is JC and PR's apocalypse blog! (Though you can just call me Jenni and her Phoenix.) For some reason we decided to do a shared apocalypse.

Phoenix: I do believe this was from WAAAAY to much sugar one night at CBS...

Jenni: No it was youth group. Kind of. More like slacking off at AWANA work.

Phoenix: I never slack off!! You do.

Jenni: I'm not technically a part of AWANAs. Anyway, the way we're going to set this up is that every time someone lifts a restriction (Not including pet restrictions) we'll pass off the neighborhood to the other person.

Phoenix: So probably that means we'll be passing elders back and forth....

Jenni: Our founder is Hope Less. (Ha. Ha. I was spending far too much time looking at the TSR challenge sims.) I'm going to play her through college and get her to the top of a career. I know that personally my goal is to do a blog post at the end of every semester, if they're in college, and at the end of every two sim weeks when they're not.

Phoenix: We have to do two sim weeks? Oh boy... This could be interesting.... Cuz I'm.... Procrastinator?

Jenni: You don't have to, but that's my goal.

Phoenix: But I play for like... Hours on end... And two weeks is like... Nothing... I was figuring like... Big things... Birthday's and stuff...

Jenni: You do what you feel like doing .

ANYWAY, I first got interested in this challenge when (Shameless plug alert!) I listened to Rachel's Sims 2 Challenges podcast (Seriously, go listen to it if you aren't already. Go to www.talkshoe.com and search Sims, or go to sims2challenges.blogspot.com and listen in the little application on the sidebar like I do.) and I listened to the episode where Pinstar, the creator came on and talked about it. If you don't know the rules, go listen to the podcast. It's seriously like, two hours long. That's it.

Jenni: Anyway, apart from the awesomeness of the podcast, after listening to the episode like five times and rereading the rules five times, I finally got rid of my headache and started to get the urge to play it. Especially because I was bored because I finished my Legacies (Who were so buggy it drove me insane, so I was like "GET ME OUT OF HERE!!") so for some reason I started this.

Phoenix: I never finished a legacy either... I need to do that I got to gen seven and accidentally deleted my town... I just about DIED....

Jenni: I did :-D

Phoenix: Yes, yes, I know... *Rolls eyes*

Jenni: Anyway, I will try to update this blog as often as I can, but being a fifteen year old girl in high school, I don't know how well that's gonna work out. I'll try really, really hard, I promise! (Can't say anything about Phoenix. *Shrugs* She's lazy.)

Phoenix: Hey!! I'm an eighteen year old in college!!! I have homework too!!

Jenni: She also has commitment issues, so God knows when you'll get an update.

Phoenix: I DO NOT HAVE COMMITTMENT ISSUES!!!

Jenni: Anyway. Back on topic. I'll be updating this as soon as I can. Hope is currently like, 15 hours until her final test for freshman year, but during all of this, I had to move to Texas, so I don't know when my dad will get the desktop computer up and running again. I'm hoping really soon.

Phoenix: It's rather depressing... Oh! And we have decided that we're gonna do the first born girl....

Jenni: Yes. First born girl will be the heiress, so if we get all boys, we're screwed.

Phoenix: VERY screwed....... And we're gonna TRY to name them like Hope, Grace, Joy... So we got three names.... We'll be good eh?

Jenni: And (As a personal thing for me, because I have never done either of these) I would like to get most all of my young adults into the secret society, and I would like to have just ONE top level business (I suck at OFB. S.U.C.K.) then close it down so Phoenix doesn't have to deal with it.

Phoenix: Nah it's fine just so long as you have a manager I'll deal with the business, I don't mind I like business.

Phoenix: Oh and I want to point out NOW that this was ALL her idea!!!! Doing the apocalypse, having to do the first born girls... But I will take credit for the naming part... I came up with that one

Jenni: I would also like to have just one person who can make servos. (Like I said, I SUCK AT OFB.) I never have the patience to keep them at the robot bench long enough to get a gold badge. I'm pathetic. *Sigh* Anyway..........

Phoenix: I like Servo's!!! I always have a girl and a boy and it makes me happy!!! ^.^

Jenni: We're not talking about your boolprop experience. We're talking about the apocalypse.

Phoenix: I never boolproped!!!!

Jenni: On topic.

Phoenix: Hey you're talking to ME when am I EVER on topic?

Jenni: I don't know what Phoenix's style of writing it will be, but most likely I'll write it with me talking to the sim and them talking back and telling the story that way, since I'm not talented enough to do Emerald Isle (sirenprincess.blogspot.com) style of writing.

Phoenix: I have no clue what that style is... Yes I have no time leave me alone. I have no clue how I'll write... No doubt the Sims'll have little personality and quirks and all........ And unfortunately there will probably be like... Inside jokes between Jenni and me... And Twilight ref....

Jenni: Just ignore it. She's......... Quirky, if that's how you want to put it. (Meaning she most likely needs to go to an asylum)

Phoenix: YAY FOR PADDED WALLS!!!

Jenni: And if we don't have anything else to add, then I'll close out with saying that I will probably have the first post up as soon as possible

Phoenix: Yeah we should close out before people don't come back to read because they're screaming scared of me, at least you have her posting first... Lots of them sounds like lol!! See ya whenever I get my hands on Hope!!

Haha. I'm bored. Phoenix and my other best friend Alex abandoned me, so I'm all alone watching cheesy Disney Channel movies......... I didn't say that.

So where was I? Oh yes. Hope had just died. *Tear*

After Hope's death, Jerome became a major....... Lazy sack? Seriously. He would lay in bed for a while, then get up, get some food, go to the bathroom, and go to sleep. Then when he was done sleeping, he'd get up, go to the bathroom and laid back down on the bed. He was so boring. This is why I shall never ever ever ever do ISBI. That and I'm scared of it.

Joy got a job and started getting promotions.
Joy: I have to keep my mind off of... Mom!! *Bursts into tears*
Jenni: It's okay, Joy *Hugs*

Oh and that was the other thing Jerome did. He had the flu, but despite his laying around, it never seemed to go away, and he'd constantly be giving it to the kids. Grr.

Joy also handled her depression by cleaning. Before Hope's death, I'd have to instruct her to go and clean, she'd complain, go and start it and immediately stop, due to her ONE neat point. After Hope died, she'd go all on her own and finish cleaning the toilet.

Edmund handled his depression by doing as I asked. He's such a good little boy. *Hugs*

Jenni: I'm sorry! I thought four mechanical points would be enough.
Edmund: I need to go to bed.
Jenni: Don't you wanna go take a sponge bath or something?
Edmund: Oh gross! How repulsive! I would have to be... *Whispers* Naked
Jenni: Your sister's upstairs and your dad's in his room. Where he always is.
Edmund: You disgust me.
Jenni: Ugh.

Joy: Hush up. We have company. *Giggle*
Jenni: Aww. *Gag*

Jenni: *Sniff* Of course I'm not too terribly attached to him... Phoenix is the one who spent the most bonding time with him, but it was pretty sad to see him go.

Jerome: No! I have to take care of my kids!!
Grim Reaper: They're both adults. They can take care of themselves. And they have a micromanager with them.
Jenni: That's me!!!

Jerome: *Sigh* Okay...
Joy: Daddy!!! *Crying*
Joy was definitely more of a Daddy's girl...

Don't worry, as soon as we can move furniture, I'll make this a very special room for you guys. Until now, your urns can get in the way of your kids and me, just like you always have.

Okay, so clearly I've been in a coma for the past two months... I'm sorry about the lack of updates. At first, it was simply because I was drugged up (I was sick) and too tired to care about updating... Then this strange thing I've never heard of before called life came in and has taken up any blogging time. And, to make things worse, I decided to get ahead of myself in playing, which confuses me more with the pictures. And, if you're on the TS2 challenges yahoo group (Chances are in my favor that you are) you probably read my email begging for help with ghosts... Yeah, I had some issues... But I'll get to that later. For now, enjoy!

When we last left the Hurts, their house was renovated, Edmund had gone to work as a mascot, and Joy was kicking over trash cans.

As you can tell, this hasn't stopped.

And neither has this.

Jerome: Hey Joy. Congratulations on being born.
Joy: Umm... Thanks Dad?

Edmund soon finds his (my) dream job (for him)
Edmund: I feel like you're manipulating me.
Jenni: I am. Get over it. Do you want to keep paying protection to the mob?

(We already know who we're gonna pair Edmund with. Once he gets to the top of the Criminal career, we'll move him out, Elixer him up, and marry him to a very special girl that we all know and love.)

I decided to give them the ultimate test that even her parents failed.

Again, stupid end of post, but (Again with the letters) A, it's midnight and I've been working on this stupid post for two days. B, It's been five weeks since I last posted and I felt that I needed to get this out there ASAP. And C, I need to organize my photobucket account to actually FIND stuff before the next post.

After this, they had a second bathroom installed.

Why me??? *Sigh* So begins the flu epidemic of '09. I didn't take pictures of it, but at one point, the entire family was infected. I think now it's just Edmund and Jerome with it, and I'm trying really hard to cure Edmund and keep Joy healthy.

I got so fed up with the last sink breaking, so ta-da!! Here's a brand new, shiny, expensive sink!!

She finally gets aspiration points for doing something she loves!!

I didn't get a picture, but Edmund got a job in athletic.

First day of work, he brings home this guy. Jeff something-or-other.

Jenni: Two of them? Seriously?? Joy, clean those up!!
Joy: How come we always have to do what you tell us?
Jenni: Because I am the Creator. Now do it.

This is a typical family meal in this house... Standing around and someone complaining.

This is about the point where I decided to put in wall paper and windows. Since my computer screen is uber dark for some reason, the windows helped.

Upstairs, including the new potty closet, and the makeover chair I bought, to give Suzanne a makeover. Alas, I never got the chance, because for some reason, it wouldn't give me the option to. *Pout*

And the downstairs... Excluding the kitchen.

I call this the toddler exile room, which really isn't needed, now that they have an actually WALL STRUCTURE around the beds. *Glares at Phoenix*

Poor toddlers are all alone in the toddler exile room... Once benches are allowed, remind me to have someone make a handmade teddy bear. It'll be a nice touch. And once paintings are allowed, I'll put in some nice pictures in there, too, to keep the toddlers company.

Well.... Okay, this isn't exactly where I planned on stopping this chapter, but A) I have school work to do (I'm homeschooled) and B) Meds are making me tired, and C) I don't have the patience to keep going cause I want to post this.

Hey everyone! It's me! Okay, so technically I only played about two days in the entire house, but I thought I'd catch you up. .......Stop reading this now if you don't want to be considered an accessory for murder.

Okay, so first things first: The results of the poll was my Hope, Phoenix's Jerome, my Edmund, and Joy with my clothes and Phoenix's hair. Originally we weren't going to do mixing them together, but so many people voted for it, so we had to. *Applause for voters*

Okay, so onto the chaos.

Jenni: Yay Jerome!
Jerome: ...Who are you?
Jenni: I'm Jenni. I'm what haunts your nightmares at night.
Jerome: *Gasps* You're the fluffy purple bunny of death???? HOOOOOOOOOPE!!!!!
Jenni: .............
Hope: Ignore it! It's just one of the Creators!
Jenni: Excuse me! I am the sole creator! Phoenix had nothing to do with what went on in CAS, thank you very much, so therefore she is only a controller. And a pain in the butt, as you will see later.

This is the new dresser, where the outfits for the contest were held.

And once the votes were in, I send Joy out in the car (So ha!! Not breaking the rules there!)

Jenni: Take a long last look at that hair. And the bad dye job.
Joy: Hey! Mom did this!
Jenni: Clearly.

Or not.
Jenni: Joy, what are you doing?
Joy: Lookin' at the toilet.
Jenni: ...Whyyyy?
Joy: I dunno.
Jenni: Well can you stop?
Joy: Nope.
Stupid glitches.

Back at the house...
Jerome: I smell!! Do something!
Jenni: Take a sponge bath.
Jerome: No.
Jenni: Then don't complain to me. Complain to Pinstar.
Jerome: Is that the fluffy yellow bunny of death??
Jenni: ........No. He's the one who said I can't buy a shower.
Jerome: Oh.... Is he yellow?
Jenni: I'm pretty sure he's not. And I'm pretty sure he's not fluffy, either. Unless by fluffy, you mean in a make-you-suck-your-life-away-in-front-of-the-computer kind of way.
Jerome: ...........No.
I am so glad Pinstar will never see this.

Jenni: Oops... Sorry, Edmund... How was I supposed to know the sandwiches Phoenix left out were tainted?
Edmund: It's Phoenix.
Jenni: ....................................Very true. Remind me why I'm stuck with her as a cousin?
(Random fact: Yes. Phoenix and I are cousins. Kind of. In a complicated way.)

Jerome comes home and elderizes... Since I don't have anything close to what was voted for him as an adult, I'm gonna leave him in that. It's close... Ish...
Jerome: My back! Those years of Phoenix-controlling are catching up to me.
Jenni: Yes, yes, I know... There, there. *Pats Jerome on head*

Jenni: Now since Jerome's an elder, all he does is lay on the bed. Doing nothing.
Jerome: I'm looking back over my glory years.
Jenni: ...Okay... We'll go with that.

Jenni: WHAT ARE YOU DOING????
Hope: It was stinky!
Jenni: BUT IT IS SIX IN THE STINKING MORNING!! THE KIDS NEED FOOD!!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! *Making plans to murder Pinstar*

Can someone tell me what's wrong with this picture?? I sent them off highly functional, and THIS IS WHAT I GET????? Poor, poor Eddie....

There's a reason why Phoenix calls this PEN1... Then I figured out WHY it was such a problem for her but never for me.

Once again, anyone see the problem with this? (Besides the fact that Edmund and Jerome have the same PJs.)
Hope: What? We buy everything in bulk nowadays.
Jenni: But seriously? Matchcing hideous PJs?
Anyway... Back to the problem... Phoenix!! There was a wall around the bed FOR A REASON!!!

There. Problem solved. You're welcome, Phoenix.

Wow... Phoenix wasn't kidding when she said they really like the smustle...
Joy: And one! And two! Oh yeah!!
Jerome: Shut up!! I'm trying to sleep!!

Never have I seen such a glorious sight. And yes, that is red hair back there. Anyone wanna take a guess?? Anyone??

Jenni: Phoenix was right, she is freaky.
Joy: Tell me about it.

Jenni: Looks like they have matching PJs, too... (This was before I remembered to change Joy's hair.)
Hope: Bulk.
Jenni: Yeah, yeah. Just be lucky you have clothes.

Joy: I'm hungryyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!
Jenni: Don't blame me!! Blame your mother!! If you would autonomously go stuff your face or get a snack, then you'd be okay!!
Joy: But I'm hungryyyyyyyyyyy!!
Jenni: Oh wah, wah.

I know I already showed this picture, but I quickly realized that THAT WAS HAROLD'S SPOT!!! *Runs away crying*

See, Phoenix??? THIS is how you keep beloved pets like Harold from being taken!! You click on the mailbox when you see the popup!! It's there for a reason!!!
*Sniffle* RIP, Harold.

I don't think I've ever seen anything more glorious than her needs bars right now...... Ahhhh, family sims.... They're so easy.....

Jenni: Nice to know you found somthing fun to do in all of your senile-tility.

Jerome: Nope, I don't think so. I'm perfectly fine right here.
Needless to say he had to quit his job. There goes my excuse for being lazy and not making his hair gray. I was gonna say that he's a movie star. They all dye their hair. I mean, come on! Do you seriously think that half of them are real blondes? Seriously, dude. It's a recessive trait. I doubt there are that many natural blondes.

Yup I’m back!! I’m hoping to reach the top of Show Business today... *Fingers crossed*

First things first. Hope has to quit her job as she missed work on Friday.

Meet Susanne. She is quickly becoming PEN2!!!! She comes home EVERY day with Jerome.

In fact all she does is get out of the car then I send her away, and Jerome has brought her home so much they have gained best friend status! But what does she do?? EAT MY STINKIN' FOOD!!

I’ve finally gotten my hands on Hope! So now you get to deal with her in MY hands... Oh and if in these pictures you see me breaking rules lemme know... I’m slightly paranoid about breaking the rules I dunno why.

So apparently I don’t have the hair for Hope, but I like that hair I think it suits her!

It was a gloomy... I mean, a bright day in sim history. The 555th annual Sim City Superbowl was on, and sims all across the nation were watching this marvelous event.

Everyone from Sim City Legacy college (Named after the generous donors of half their dorms cause they were so stinking rich), and Sim City Legacy University attendees, Rachel and Taylor Legacy (Courtosy of my begging Phoenix for more pictures and her addiction to her legacies.)

To Benjamin Long, who was on vacation in the Twikkii Islands. (You'd think his feet would get tired of standing.)

To Don Lathario in Pleasantview, who looks like he's enjoying the pizza commercial more than he should. Probably because he could get cheap woohoo with the pizza girl. Either that or Madonna's playing at halftime.

To Pascal Curious in Strangetown, who looks ready to pee himself. Though that may be due to the massive bladder shrinkage sims get when they're pregnant.

To Phoenix, who I am pretty sure would rather be watching NASCAR than the Superbowl, but whatevs.

To... My simself, who is apparently not wearing her contacts or glasses and needed to be extremely close to the TV. I sure hope my eyes don't get that bad. I don't like wearing my glasses in the first place. I'd need like, super specs. But anyway... Then, 'it' happened. The commercials after the halftime whistle has blown, but before Madonna comes on stage and starts her thing, so every sim gets up to relieve their reddening bladder bars (especially Pascal Curious, who runs off in the traditional "I gotta pee real bad, but you turned off my free will" run.) And every sim flushes at the exact same time.

It might've been Elizabeth The Little Fairy Saves Sim City... We were scared to keep watching, hense the lack of Goopy pictures) and people like Carmen Patch and Circe Beaker. Oops.

Which brings us to our recent graduate student... Hope, which is exactly what she is to people across Sim City.

Hope: Ugh... Stupid clouds! You can't even see through them!
Jenni: Yeah, that would be the music restriction. You need a guitar riff. But that's not important. What is important is the fact that MY EYES ARE BURNING!!! AHHHH!!!!
Hope: It's the end of the world and you're worried about your eyes?
Jenni: It's not the end of the world! It's just the end of aspiration rewards, easy skilling in fall, showers, and regular meals. Easy peasy. Just like lawn living. Only I CAN'T CHANGE YOUR FRIGGEN CLOTHES!!

This is the basic layout of the house. I couldn't afford to get her the computer that was allowed, but I figured that she could build up fun from the radio anyway. Psssh, who needs a computer?? And actually that layout is UNDER 8x8 squares! Just to save money cause I pinch pennies in sims better than that Krabs dude on SpongeBob SquarePants, but I can expand if need be. Too bad I'm not that money conscious in real life...
Anyway, the house has a tiny bedroom with the phone on a bedside table (Yeah, that was smart), a main area with a refridgerator, two counters, one holding the cheap radio, with the sink next to it cuz I couldn't afford another counter to put the in-counter sink in, and a potty closet, as my aunt calls it.

Hope: Oh my god, that door is repulsive!!
Jenni: Have you seen what you're wearing?
I am fully convinced that this is a plot from Maxis to sabotage my game, and that truly, all of the randomness that's supposedly in the game is because there's a Maxoid that's tapped into the game. My Maxoid's name is Terrance, and he thinks it's hilarious to sabotage the apocalypse.

The welcome committee consists of: My simself, some AL townie named Jason something and an old lady who's name I don't remember. And apparently my simself is desperate for a date with Jason Something, so she's letting him peek up her skirt. Gross.

Hope: Then she started DANCING!
Jenni: I agree with Jason. And that's MY simself!! I wouldn't want to watch me dance.

Sim-Jenni: Oh yeah!! Uh huh! Go, go, go! WHOO!!!
Jenni: Maybe making her a Leo like I am in real life was a bad idea... Not so many outgoing points next time, kay?

Hope was fine with the house in the beginning, but she quickly started complaining about the environment bar. I looked over the rules, and... Bingo!!

I hung up about fifty thousand of those little curtains. They're cheap, so I don't have to pay protection on them, and they each have an environment score of two. Not a lot, but with a bunch of them, she finally stopped complaining.

Jenni: So Hope, I see you found a job!!
Hope: Yeah, the newspaper didn't have a lot of options, so I took the first one there was. Okay, so not the Journalism I was hoping for, but whatever. Law Enforcement works, too. At this point I'd be glad to get anything.

I found this rather funny. My simself would NOT stop calling Hope!! It's like a Marsha Bruening thing all over again!! Stupid full outgoing.

Alright, it's time to play "Spot as many bugs as you can!" A dog came over in the middle of the night and knocked over the trash can. Unfortunately I was working on Hope's needs so I didn't bother telling her to pick it back up. Stupid me.

Jenni: Alright!! A promotion!!
Hope: Can we use the bonus money to buy a car??
Jenni: Err... No.
Hope: Why?
Jenni: Cause we don't have enough money.
Hope: Oh... But I want a car!! See it?? It's right here in my wants panel!!
Jenni: I know, but so is skilling for your next promotion. Go do that and get into platinum and then we'll talk.

Hope: This is boring.
Jenni: Well keep doing it anyway. I had the hardest time getting her to continue to do the stupid jump rope. She did it enough to get the skill point she needed though.

People say that hand washing isn't very effective. I tend to disagree. Just bring up the full eight commands that the queue can hold and have her do it. Then, rinse and repeat. Ta da! It takes a while, but you have a full hygiene bar on those days when your Maxoid is in a particularly mean mood and won't let your sims do the autonomous sponge bath.

However, it does break a lot from the over usage. Hope: Jenni!! What did you do to it??
Jenni: I didn't. It broke. Just fix it.
Hope: But can't we just call a repairman?? See, it's right there in my wants panel!
Jenni: Sorry. Can't. No service NPCs.
Hope: Why are you putting me through this??
Jenni: Cause it's fun.
Hope: Why did this Pinstar guy come up with so many rules?
Jenni: Hon, there are some things in life that even I don't know.

Hope: Stupid puddle.
Jenni: Don't blame the puddle. Blame Pinstar.

Jenni: Another one!! YAY!
Hope: I feel all platinum-y...

It was then that I started getting some problems. Hope had enough body points to start doing yoga to gain body points, but her comfort would be in the toilet, and I couldn't get it back up no matter what I tried. So it was time to expand.

Downstairs, complete with a chess table for building up logic.

Upstairs with the aspiration rewards we brought from college, and a brand new, shiny RECLINER!! We never had any comfort problems after that.

Then suddenly, one night, as Hope was sleeping....... The buy and build tabs disappear.

This could only happen to me.

Stupid fricking, fracking... *Mutters other things*

Nevertheless, Hope is again promoted.
Jenni: How come you keep spinning up the want to buy another car??
Hope: What do you mean 'another' car?

Jenni: GAH!!!

Jenni: Oh! When did he get here?
Hope: Just a few minutes ago. I finally had a Tuesday off, so I called him over.
Jenni: Aww... I'll leave you two alone for your reunion.

So after that, I didn't take many pictures because I became solely focused on getting Hope up the career ladder, but I did take a few.

Maxing out fitness enthusaism, and almost getting to full body.

Another promotion.

Making a friend (By the way, the absolute best way to make a friend is to find an AL townie and figure out which gesture is theirs. Queue up a whole row of them and you have an insta-friend!)
And before I realized how much time I had spent at the computer..........

Jenni: You got to the top of your career!!!
Hope: What does that mean?
Jenni: That you won't get robbed again.
Hope: Sweet!!
Jenni: It also means that you get to go to Phoenix, and she gets to be responsible for you now.
Hope: Okay...
Jenni: And that you can invite over Jerome and get married to him, once you guys catch up on things.

Seriously, I did all of this in one sitting. I was shocked. It was the fastest I have EVER gotten a sim up the career ladder. I was so proud of myself :-D

Hope's Final College Days

Because of the way I ended this, I figured that it would be best to put the notes up here first. Custom content credits: Wire frame bed used cheaply only for woohoo and then sold to get the full value back: XMsims.

I finished Hope's sophmore year in an hour real time, and I figured instead of blogging four posts on her entire, lame college life, I would just round it out with one more post.

And, I love, love, LOVE reading challenge blogs in my spare time. If you have a challenge blog, I would love for you to post the link in your comment!! I can't get enough of reading them. :-D

And I once again apologize for the image size. I forgot to set it to medium in my game and had to reset the image size manually.

Jenni: Hey Hope!! Whoa, what happened?? You had just graduated your freshman year!!
Hope: Well, you didn't take a good opening picture, so you're stuck with this.
Jenni: Oops... Sorry guys :-D

Jenni: So what happened here?
Hope: Okay, so this girl, Demi Love just came parading in. She yelled at me, and then poked me. It hurt.
Jenni: Yeah, doesn't look like she's showing much love.

Hope: And then she ARRESTED me!! I didn't know that wearing plaid was illegal!

Jenni: Don't worry! I've seen this done in hundreds of blogs! It's perfectly safe... I think.

Hope: You think?

You may be wondering how I avoided the plumbob thingie in this picture. Well, I couldn't get a good picture, even with the plumbob obnoxiously in front of it. So I........ Er...... Boolpropped and made Reed, who was standing right there selectable and took it that way. Oh, and I discovered that Reed is a romance sim. He had some Hope-related wants....... I was like "Haha, yeah right buddy." Maybe a spare someday will take pity on him. Maybe. Doubt it.

Hope: Jerome... I have something to ask you...

Jenni: Crappit!! This could only happen to me.
Hope: Hee-eee-eeelp-p-p-p me-e-e-e!!!

May I point out again that I've been playing this stupid game for only four months?

Hope: Oh, and this cow totally did that whole wolf whistle thing at me!! It was nasty!!
Jenni: It's okay. This was even before you proposed. I once had a female cow flirt with my Legacy heiress, who was engaged. And she accepted the flirt. Stupid fricking, fracking cows.

Freshman Year

I am so so sorry in advance for the horrendous size of these images. I'm still new to the whole blogging/Flock thing.

This is Hope. She's a female fortune sim. I don't remember what her personality is... He he... Hope's lifetime want is to reach the top of the Entertainment career. Hopefully she will get there eventually, but for now she's going into college for an art major.
Jenni: Hello Hope!
Hope: Uhhh... Hi?
Jenni: Oh, get used to it. You're getting the saner one first.

Jenni: Ooh, cool dorm!!
Hope: Yeah, it's pretty nice! There are a lot of nice people here, too.
Jenni: Well we don't care about them yet.

Jenni: Downstairs of the dorm. Hope's room is the furthest one in the front with the computer because I'm cheap and didn't feel like buying her one.

Jenni: Upstairs. Very small, but very cute. And I was sick of playing the U shaped dorm. Okay, now we care about the people you're meeting, Hope.

Hope: This is my new friend, Christa. She's nice.
Christa's part of the Secret Society. I figured this out on a community lot, and I did take a picture, I swear! But pictures don't work when taken on community lots. Yeah, I'm smart.

Hope: This is Jerome. He's cute.
Jenni: Apparently he didn't think so. Okay, so long story here. These two have two whole bolts of attraction. Just before I took this picture, however, he tried to flirt with her, even though they had never met before. She turned him down, shoving their relationship down. I, in all of my brilliance, had her try and flirt with him. Haha. Did I mention I've been playing sims since like, a month after Apartment Life came out? So like, four months.

Hope: Since I'm never rejected, I bugged Jerome until he let me flirt with him!
It was around this point that I figured out that not only was Christa in the Secret Society, but Jerome was too. I about fell out of my chair in shock seeing him walk around in a llama jacket. So stunned, in fact, that I didn't take a picture. Not that it would matter, with it being a community lot and all.

Jenni: Using time wisely, and skilling early, I see.
Hope: Yeah, I wanna get a good job once I graduate, and I want to get a head start.
I didn't have the heart to tell her what would happen once she graduated.

Jenni: Aww, so cute.
Hope: I really like him... He's a cutie... Except that hair.
Jenni: Yeah, we need to do something about that.

Hope: In the meantime...
Jenni: Keep it PG, kids!!

Hope: Okay, so we got a makeover chair (Because it builds badges and is therefore better than the vanity) and got rid of Jerome's awful Jason Tomyoy haircut.
Jenni: And he and every other Secret Society member of the household magically poofed into their Secret Society outfits. It was quite weird.

Jenni: See?

Jenni: Erm... I don't want to know what you did to him during that makeout.
Stupid fricking fracking plumbob. I hate having those in my pictures. Doesn't bother me when it's anyone else's, but I hate them in mine.

And awww... Just awww... That's all I have to say with this picture.

Jenni: All you university players know what this means!! Go, go, go, go!!! Ace that final!!

Hope: I know, isn't it cute?

And this is where I leave you for today. I know, not a very interesting chapter, but hey, what can I say? I'm bad at this. Some of you who have been blogging for years are like "You can be bad at this?" and the answer is yes. I can be bad at everything.

I do love Jerome. He's cute! He'll make cute babies.
